One way to prevent cats from jumping off the balcony without using a cat net is to create a barrier using tall, sturdy plants or shrubs. These can act as a natural deterrent for cats, as they may be less likely to attempt to jump over them. Another option is to install a barrier made of wire or mesh that is tall enough to prevent the cat from jumping over. Additionally, providing the cat with plenty of stimulating toys and activities indoors can help reduce their desire to explore outside. Regular playtime and interaction with the cat can also help keep them mentally and physically stimulated, reducing their urge to jump off the balcony. **
